Shipping policy

Processing Time: All items are handmade with love upon ordering. Therefore, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed.

Processing time depends on the volume of orders received at the time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend your order process will begin the next business day.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE & UPS and takes a maximum of 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped out your tracking information will be sent out to the email you provided upon checkout. Jazzy’s Graphics & Designs is NOT responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the item was shipped to the correct address and was seen as delivered via tracking, it is your responsibility to contact the US POSTAL SERVICE or UPS, and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Jazzy’s Graphics & Designs DOES NOT offer buyers remorse. Jazzy’s Graphics & Designs does NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
